Mary-Jane Greenhalgh
Founder & PR Director
Mary-Jane has worked in-house, run her own PR Company and worked at leading agencies over the past 20 years including British Airways AirMiles, Clarion Communications, Brave PR and Green Row Communications of which she was one of the founders before selling her shares to move to the North West. She is one of the best-connected media specialists in the industry, and throughout her career, has achieved excellent results for a wide variety of clients in both the consumer and B2B sectors. She has a wealth of experience in working on above and below the line campaigns, event management and sponsorships and has worked with clients such as Spar UK, Domestos, Warburtons, Organico, Percol Coffee, Millennium Hotels, Rocket Fuel, MJU Restaurants and the Millennium Hotel Group, Moneypenny and Stena Line. Mary-Jane is also a director of London based sister PR company, PR When You Need It.
Leila Bibby
PR Director
Leila Bibby has 20 years of global public relations, marketing and communications experience, ranging from media relations to brand management and crisis communication. She leverages this broad experience to deliver comprehensive, integrated and highly effective PR strategies. Before joining the team at Greenhalgh PR Leila was Global PR Manager for Shell Retail, developing and managing the global PR strategy for the retail business, in over 45 countries. This role allowed Leila to gain extensive experience in leadership, strategy, delivering growth plans, and managing cross-function and multi-national teams, honing her interpersonal and communication skills. Furthermore, as a global manager, Leila was responsible for ensuring compliance with guidelines, regulation and governance, leading her to have an excellent eye and attention to detail.
Louisa Warde
PR Consultant & Content Creator
Louisa began her career in public relations, with four years within agencies working with big brands to communicate their messages to their target audience (Persimmon Homes, Alliance & Leicester, FranklinCovey, The Forestry Commission). Her passion is the writing, speaking to clients and experts in their fields and turning that into something people actually wanted to read as well as weaving all the PR messages in. This led her to step into the world of publishing, setting up in business and then working for a well-respected publishing company based in Canary Wharf, working with clients such as Canary Wharf Group, Perrier Jouet, Harrods and David M Robinson. All of this experience, on both sides of the industry, places Louisa in a great position to create effective content on behalf of Greenhalgh PR.
Jem Bahaijoub
Social Media Consultant
Jem has over 15 years experience in marketing and PR, especially for the entertainment and lifestyle industries. Working around the globe, London, Washington D.C. and Chicago, she has built an unrivalled reputation in social media strategy, content marketing and influencer marketing. Through her work with labels such as Universal Music Group, Warner, EMI and NexGen Music, Jem has devised and implemented glocal promotions campaigns across five continents, working with record labels, independent artist and music festivals before setting up in business for herself ten years ago. Jem is a highly-respected industry expert and runs regular marketing and social media workshops and panel discussions, as well as being an established industry commentator.
Annabel Hilary
Public Relations Specialist
With 23 years of experience Annabel was a founding partner of Brave PR, managing director of Clarion Communications and associate director at Hill & Knowlton before setting up London based sister consultancy, PR When You Need It with Mary-Jane. Annabel is not afraid to try something new for the benefit of clients and is responsible for launching Doritos into the UK and developing successful strategic campaigns for Indesit, Hotpoint, Bradford & Bingley, Coca-Cola and Premier Foods. A combination of rock solid experience and infectious enthusiasm makes Annabel a pioneer in working with companies to deliver a new way of providing effective public relations to suit a more flexible way of working.
